What Free Domain Mail does
Free Domain Mail is a receive-only service: a public temporary inbox and custom-domain receiving with an API. This policy explains what you may not do with it.
Prohibited uses
Do not use Free Domain Mail for fraud or scams, phishing, spam, distributing malware, violating the terms of service of another provider, creating fake accounts in bulk, harassment, or hosting or facilitating illegal content.
Consequences
We may block the specific address, the domain, or the account involved in a violation. Fees already paid, if any, are not refunded when we act on a violation.
How to report abuse
Email abuse@freedomainmail.com with the sender and recipient address, the time the message arrived and, if available, its headers. We review every report and reply once we have taken action.
Retention and limits
Free Domain Mail only receives email — it never sends or forwards mail on your behalf. Public temporary addresses are deleted after 10 minutes; custom-domain mail is kept for 30 days. Attachments are never stored, only their name, size and type.
