Refund policy

This policy explains the limits and responsibilities that keep the service safe for recipients and users.

Scope

This policy applies to paid plans once they are available. Free Domain Mail is currently free to use; connecting your first domain never requires payment.

Refund window

If you are on a paid plan, you can request a refund within 30 days of a charge.

How to request a refund

Email support@freedomainmail.com from your account email address and ask for a refund. We will confirm the charge and process eligible refunds to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Charges are not refunded when the related address, domain or account was suspended for violating the Acceptable Use Policy or these terms.

Retention and limits

Free Domain Mail only receives email — it never sends or forwards mail on your behalf. Public temporary addresses are deleted after 10 minutes; custom-domain mail is kept for 30 days. Attachments are never stored, only their name, size and type.
