Set up email DNS on Hostinger

Hostinger's DNS Zone Editor lets you add and update the MX, TXT and CNAME records needed for a custom mailbox.
Open the DNS Zone Editor
In hPanel, open Domains, select the domain and choose DNS / Nameservers.
Add each record using the Type, Name, Target or Content, Priority and TTL supplied by your mail provider.
Protect current mail
Check existing MX records before replacing them.
If SPF already exists, merge the new sender into that one record rather than adding a second v=spf1 value.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Changing DNS in Hostinger when the domain uses external nameservers.
- Leaving old MX records active during a full mail migration.
- Creating two SPF records at the root.

Edit records wherever the authoritative nameservers point, which may not be Hostinger.
What TTL should I use?
